AMAZING! My daughter had the most amazing time with her friends. I am so grateful to Aiden my party host, without him I would have been a mess. He was respectful, knowledgeable, great with the children, and very helpful. The location is clean and organized, it was the perfect birthday party. We will definitely be coming back!

Terrible experience. Came here this afternoon with three teenagers, four adults, and a little one. The staff showed no concern for their customers’ safety or quality of the experience. Many games were broken and other patrons were drunk and unruly. Despite the website showing plenty of availability in the go-kart races all afternoon, we had to wait nearly two hours. One of the drivers in our race was noticeably intoxicated. She drove erratically, hit the walls and other carts at full speed, and shouted obscenities and flipped off everyone she passed. The attendants did not react or intervene in any way. During the race, she hit four of the five of us that drove and at the end when the carts were pulling off the track, she slammed into the back of my son’s cart at full speed. She didn’t even attempt to slow down. The attendants claimed to not have seen any of it. As soon as the race was over, she headed back to the bar and was served again. When I spoke to the manager, he seemed completely unconcerned about anything that happened and confused about why I had asked to speak to him. I declined his offer of a free race and told him I just wanted to make sure that the management was aware of the safety violations so that no one else would get hurt. He said he would talk to his staff but that they were really busy and couldn’t keep an eye on the track at all times. He would not speak with the driver or do anything to keep her from driving again that afternoon. When we played laser tag, my husband’s gun shot once, then didn’t work for the rest of the game. When he told the attendant, he shrugged and said, “yeah. It’s been doing that all day.” He didn’t take the gun out of rotation, just left it there to be used in the next game. Several of the arcade games took money off our cards but did not work. When we alerted staff to the problem, they offered to put money back on our cards but did not fix the games or turn them off, leaving them open to steal other people’s money. Other games we were able to play but did not distribute prize tickets as they should have. Even if all the games worked, the selection is small and pretty dull.

Don't get me wrong, when the things were working it was a genuinely good time. Laser Tag went off without a hitch. Even the rope course, as scary being up there was, ended up being a good time. A third of the arcade games being out of service is understandable. But when we drive over an hour and pay for 2 go-cart races, but only get 1 and a half because the go-cart quits working mid way on the second. One would assume a refund or another opportunity to race again would be provided. We assumed wrong. The employees are nice enough and I feel for them having to entertain other people's children, but it seems like they just want to get through their shift and not be reminded that their stuff doesn't work properly.

My first time there was terrible. I was visiting my friend and went there for fun with a group of 3, but suddenly 2 more guys joined us without any warning and were driving really recklessly and hitting us from behind just to overtake and be on the leaderboard to fake the top positions. I even complained to the employee there but he said he wasn't aware of it and he doesn't fix the schedule and all that stuff. I go to K-1 Speed in Milwaukee, they are the best, they warn you if you bump into someone for a couple of times and even if you don't care they simply stop your kart and cancel your race that's how it works, worst experience ever and even the track was so little and not at all worthy for the money and waste of time.

Amp Up is a nice place for indoor fun. The go-karts are definitely a highlight, though the ride time is pretty short at just 10 minutes, which feels a bit expensive for what you get. That said, I have to give a shoutout to the young staff—they’re all friendly, helpful, and polite, which really adds to the overall experience.
