Andretti Indoor Karting & Games in Marietta is a fantastic family spot! The facility is very spacious and packed with tons of activities that the kids absolutely love. A huge plus for parents is the ability to watch sports games while the kids play nearby. I did notice some signs of wear and tear around the building, but overall it’s a very good experience. It's a reliable go to for a fun afternoon!

I FINALLY got the opportunity to go to Andretti. I remember when it built and have always wanted to go. I FINALLY got my chance to go in January and was COMPLETELY disappointed. We went on a Friday. Our purpose was for go karting. Getting to the go kart was a challenge but once we did, there was a wait time where we opted to wait at the bar. The bar staff was so rude and the wait time was so long I declined to order the jerk, chicken tacos, and the mango margarita that I wanted. I sat and waited for water while my friends sat and waiting for her drink, which took an additional 15 minutes.. By the time we got her drink, it was time to go to our race In which case we ordered fries That we never got. They told us to pick them up when we got done racing. By the time we got done raising the fries still wasn’t there, and I can no longer maintain my cool. I spoke to the GM or general manager on duty. She seemed to handle things very well. She heard my complaint and provided an explanation to why we were receiving such bad service. Apparently a celebrity came in with a party of 100 people or more and they were short-staffed. I’m not for sure if I would go to this location again, but I will definitely do go karting again. Moral of the story is go to this place during the week not on the weekend.

To Whom It May Concern, I would like to begin by acknowledging that the facility is well maintained and was very clean during our visit, possibly because we arrived early. The electric go‑karts also have both advantages and disadvantages. On the positive side, you don’t leave smelling like gasoline. However, the karts are heavily speed‑controlled, and the track is extremely narrow. Interestingly, the last eight seconds of the race were the best part, as that was the only moment when the kart was allowed to reach its full speed. Unfortunately, the most disappointing aspect of our experience was the attitude displayed by some of your staff members. It was evident that a few employees have forgotten that customers are the reason the business exists and continues to operate. Instead of providing a welcoming environment, they behaved as though they were doing us a favor. Specifically, the employee collecting the race cards for the 1:36 PM session today demonstrated an attitude far below what is acceptable for quality customer service. His demeanor did not reflect professionalism, courtesy, or even basic customer awareness. I strongly encourage you to provide additional customer‑service training—similar to the standards upheld by companies like Chick‑fil‑A—so your staff can better understand that their role is to create a positive, memorable experience that encourages guests to return. Unfortunately, that was not the message we received during this visit. Please support your employees with the training they need, and support the owners as well, so the business can continue to grow. Establishments with great potential can lose customers and eventually close their doors due to poor attitudes, and it would be unfortunate for that to happen here.

My kiddos love it and always have a great time with their friends! They recently had their birthday party at Andretti's and it was the easiest birthday party they've had so far. All the food was served buffet style at the bowling lanes and all we had to do was bring the cakes. Our guide was also kind and patient. I would recommend the party packages.

My baby had an AMAZING 1st birthday here! The staff was so accommodating. The venue was great, and the food was good. Really cool place for parties, get togethers, or dates. Our hostess Coleen was so awesome. If I could have tipped her $1000 I would.
