My 13 year old son had a BLAST on the go karts. Apparently they just got new karts the week before so he got to ride in a brand new one. I did one race with him but since he's not 14 he couldn't drive the adult karts and adults cant drive youth karts, so I had to drive a super old double kart by myself. That's the only reason this isn't a 5star. It was a super rough ride, jerking and bouncing all over the track! Overall it was a fun time though, I would recommend.

This place is a money grab. $86 for two double go karts and then we were put on the junior track because we had an eight year-old, without any disclosure that we would have to be on a junior track until after we paid and reported at the appropriate time. In addition to kart fees, every single person had to pay for a helmet liner/skull cap to wear under their helmet. The go kart quit on us three different times so we didn’t even get to ride half of the time we paid for. Not one single apology or offer to make a few more laps. Once your ride is over, the helmet liners/skull caps are collected so they can recycle them. The helmet liners/skull caps that we were CHARGED for and PAID for. They are charging each customer a fee and then collecting and reusing the item they charged the customer for. Hopefully, they at least wash the liners, this is egregious. All this after it took 20+ min to wait in line for a computer kiosk and sign in. Then another 30 minutes waiting to ride. This place is a complete joke and money grab. This is a direct reflection of the greedy, poor ownership/management and all the young naïve kid slave labor they have working. Stay away.

***edit*** the owner reached out to me, apologized and refunded the money. I very much appreciate her reaching out to me and can tell they care about how the business is ran, along with customer satisfaction. We will be back to give them another chance. Came in for my daughter’s birthday and was given the 9:15pm slot. At 9:05 a worker found me and informed me they put us on the wrong track and had to push our time back another 30 minutes. 5 teenagers and over an hour drive home, this wasn’t feasible for us. They refused to refund me the $225 for their screw up.

Lori, Lyndsey and Kolbi were absolutely great. We came in from South Louisiana for the weekend and our family here decided to take us and we weren’t disappointed at all. Lyndsey helped organize the whole day for us and even played with the kids. Lori made everything so easy and fun for us all. We will definitely be back and hope to always see them there next time we come back this way!! Thank you so much for the amazing hospitality and customer service!

We had a birthday party for my great Nephew and everyone had a great time! Lori was so friendly from the first day I contacted her about having the party to the minute we left after the party. We had a party room upstairs and unfortunately no elevator. But I asked if we could move downstairs to the cafe area because we had a 2 guests that couldn’t make it upstairs and they accommodated us right away. The kids that rode had an awesome time even the 3 year old that was able to ride a battery operated kart. The smile on his face was priceless. I would highly recommend having a party there.
