Visited during our stay in Hot Springs and it was a GREAT time for my family we truly enjoyed ourselves ... And the staff was pleasant thanks for making us TEXAS folks feel welcomed.
Overall it was a good time. Most of the staff were friendly. Seems a little pricey and the rules about bumping in the go-carts should be more enforced. The bumper boats seem to be pretty dated but functional.
This place is fun for all ages!! It’s clean, all the games in the arcade work, staff is definitely friendly and accommodating! The laser tag and go karts are so much fun!! I’d give them a 10/10!
We spent the day in Hot Springs antiquing and wanted to treat the kids to something special and kid focused. So stopping on our way back to Mt. Ida, Funtracker looked great from the reviews. Since it was raining we decided to just do the arcade. The building is well maintained, the facilities were clean and up to date, and the arcade game choices are great! Aside from a great arcade, the big highlight was the staff! Patient with the kiddos when they were spending their tickets, attentive and super helpful. BIG shout out to Brian! He helped with the machine my son and wife were enjoying when it had a hiccup and was obviously happy to answer any questions. 100% recommend Funtrackers for anyone in the area or if you're passing through!
