Fun family friendly spot. Went to this location w/ my family over the holiday break and everyone had a good time from the adults to kids. I've been to the K1 in Austin, TX as well for a buddy's bachelor party earlier in the year. A bit on the pricey side and also the arcade is def not worth it for the cost. But if you want a fun time with fast cars, then this is a great spot to check out.

Our group had an amazing experience at K1 in Horsham! We booked a birthday party event & the staff was so accommodating, helpful & all around awesome!! The GM (I believe his name was Eric I can’t remember 100% unfortunately) & the girls at the front desk helping us all day were so so great!! We had so much fun & can’t wait to come back.

We celebrated my 12 y/o daughters party this past Saturday and we had a BLAST! We had a group ranging in ages from 9 to 65, and we all loved it. All staff was friendly and efficient, and our hostess helped us in every way possible. Thank you!

Emma Rose, our event coordinator, did an excellent job - she was very accommodating and communicative. At the night of the event, everyone on the staff welcomed us with a smile and were super helpful.

Have been to K1 many times, however this last time I’m very disappointed as we went in and bought three passes for each of my kids and it was a typical Saturday so it was busy but when we came in, there was no parties going on. We had a bought adult passes for my kids cause they were of height and that’s what the woman behind the counter recommended. Last time we were in we got our kids the trial passes however we waited a little while for my kids to get in line for the adult race and after they had got off the first race, a huge huge party came in and I asked if we could get them right back in line for the second race because a big party came in. He said nope actually we’re going on break because we’re getting the party in and so everyone else is gonna have to wait until the party is over. I stood. They are very confused because we were there first I understand if they knew a party was coming they should have let us know that upfront when we purchased our tickets so that we wouldn’t have got three we would’ve just got one race. Clearly, they knew a party was coming in and we would have purchased one not three. The man was so rude. He was one of the instructors at the race track. He said it’s not our problem and he walked away. I spoke to another gentleman standing there. He literally said oh well go take it up with the people at the desk which I did and the woman was so helpful but she literally said they had gotten multiple complaints about these two men about this exact issue multiple times. Both of these guys were blonde, redheaded and very rude and as the one who comes here frequently, I will not deal with them again. The girls are very nice and she was able to put us next in line but we just put the races back on the card and will be able to race next time so you don’t lose the races but it was very disappointing the whole situation especially because we had to wait almost an hour just for them to do one race and then it just left a bad taste in our mouth however, I’m very grateful for the woman at the desk.
