Thought we would try this out, it was near the hotel. The area was fine, safe. Went inside around 10 p.m., there were tourists inside racing, and waiting. Large gaming area with arcades and pool tables and air hockey tables. There was a small bar, tables benches etc to have optional drinks while you wait. We paid $130 for two people (12 year old son and me) for two x 12 lap races. These are e-Karts, (tons of speed, no fumes). You are a given a balaclava to keep, that goes under the helmet (that they provide). We were able to get right on the track, no wait (10 pm Sat night). You are given 2-minute instructions, then escorted to the track to race. There seems to be a half lap of slow speed, then they open up the carts faster, and then after you complete a whole lap then they let them go top speed. At the end of the race they show you, and email you a results table of your fastest times, your average times and graphs as it compares to other drivers. All in all, a good fun end to a Saturday with my son and me. Felt safe, nothing sketchy, lots of fun!

We were extremely disappointed with our visit to the go-kart center. We were promised a session just for our group of eight people, but after the first lap, they suddenly added three strangers to our track without warning. This meant we ended up with 11 karts on a very small track, which was far too crowded and felt unsafe. On top of that, the manager was quite rude to us when we raised our concerns. Overall, it was a very negative experience.”

Best go-karting experience I've had in Orlando, will definitely be going back. Junior made for an especially enjoyable experience. He wasn't just there to do a job, he engaged really well with us and the other drivers, offering all kinds of great advice and pointers. Chatting with him between races was really helpful, my lap time greatly improved after taking his advice! Only down side of K1 Speed was the food, I would suggest going elsewhere for that.

Went to K1 Speed recently and had an awesome experience thanks to Andres. He was super helpful, explained everything clearly, and made sure we felt comfortable before racing. You can tell he actually cares about customers having a good time, not just rushing people through. The races were a blast and Andre’s energy really added to the experience. If you go to this location, definitely ask for him — he’ll take care of you. Will absolutely be coming back!

My son LOVED K1 Speed! The staff are so nice. Everyone from the check in person to the pit crew who run the races, everyone is top notch. One guy was even giving my son tips on how to improve his lap times! So much fun to watch his lap times improve as he raced. He enjoyed how competitive he could be, can't say enough about it, take your speed loving people here!
