We went at opening on Labor Day. We waited in line. We were next and waited. And waited. The kid just stared at us. And kept staring. Then i asked if he was willing to help us. He said yeah. I mentioned that it would have had been nice to be acknowledged and invited to the counter. He wasnt phased as his response was 'yeah' Aside from the kid showing up to work and taking my money the place was clean and organized. The rules were great. Safety protocols were also acceptable. My boy enjoyed the track. The staff in the pit were kind and patient with the kids. Great to see that. It would have had been 5 stars if I was appreciated for coming in to an establishment that provides an entertainment service to families in exchange for monetary compensation (the last statement, It sounds horrible but I felt more welcomed in the red light district in Amsterdam. Melodramatic, I know)
We came here for our company holiday party. There was 16 of us. They made sure everything was ready for us when we arrived from Santa Barbara. The staff was so nice and helpful. The only thing I would make any complaints about was the food quality but also we did throw in a huge amount of food all at once, and it might have crushed the kitchen Overall really fun time and everybody in the group is so fired up for it. Most people in my group are over the age of 27 ranging to like 55 and we still had a blast. The go karts definitely go fast and two people in our group struggled from a slight motion sickness. You also leave with a sore body. 😂 It’s like the real deal Definitely recommend it
My kids had so much fun racing the karts. Heck so did I. You feel like you are going so so fast. Great experience and fun time. Staff was amazing and can’t be happier with them
The team at the facility was great. The only dissatisfaction was with the ordering of food for the event. I had preordered our selection and when we got there the actual food that was ordered was not available, then right before the food was to be served again another piece of the order was not available. They tried to substitute the food as best as they could. But the chicken sliders were dry and basically just the chicken strip cut into pieces and placed into a bun. Very disappointing.
