We had a great time doing the go karts but the girl we bought the tickets from was extremely rude. I was in the process of buying the tickets and a member of our group spoke up to say he was a veteran for the veteran discount. As we were speaking she continued to do the transaction which led to us not being able to use his ID. She showed no accommodation and was rude in the process.
Very disappointed with our experience. What should have been a fun outing for my family turned into a negative experience when staff members appeared to make fun of my daughter. No child should ever be made to feel embarrassed or singled out by employees. To make matters worse, when I brought my concerns to the supervisor, I was met with an attitude rather than professionalism or concern. Customer service starts with treating people with respect, especially children. I cannot recommend this place based on how my family was treated. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides better training to its staff and supervisors.

My go kart shut off mid round and I got rammed from behind by another driver going faster than all the tourists driving down Resort Drive. I am praying my concussion results in forgetting this week full of “activities” that feel like they were thought up by a desperate stay-at-home parent during a rainy afternoon.
