Had a great time racing at Slick Willy's Karts. We went on a Tuesday for the unlimited racing deal. Honestly, it’s a better value to pay for two or three races instead of going with the unlimited option—unless you arrive right at 4 PM when it starts. If you get there later, wait times can make it hard to fit in more than three races anyway. That said, the experience is still totally worth it! The pit crew is friendly, efficient, and clearly knows their stuff.

Riding their carts is great, my kids love it. But never knowing what heat is racing and how long till you race with wait times in excess of an hour is poor management. Everyone has to stand around and wait for an announcement… that will come once in that hour wait. A screen that shows what heat is racing and the order of the following events and estimated times would be a great improvement. I will even pay for the screen.

Workers and managers are awful. Went there for 1st time they didn't want to answer questions just sell you passes. Then race times kept getting g pushed but, I know some time is acceptable but 45 mins later,NOT ACCEPTABLE. They bumped ppl to add there regulars or friends. DON'T RECOMMENDTHIS PLACE TO ANYONE. So many other places that will treat you fairly to spend your hard earned money!!

Overall a really fun place that can be enjoyed with a family, group of friends younger or older and even solo. Go Carts are fast and handle well. Arcade is huge and the food is pretty good at the places we have eaten at there. Won’t break the bank going and weekdays have specials. Check it out!

For starters, I call on Monday 11/11 at 4:05, A female working at slick willys answers the phone, I ask “does the monday $9 special include the super legaro carts?” she responds “ let me ask my manager, no” I ask “does the Tuesday $34 special unlimited racing include the super legaro carts?” She responds “let me ask my manager, yes” so I ask again to double check and get another yes just to verify. Tuesday 11/12 I go thinking the super legaro carts are on the special because thats what i got told after double verification and the girl working tells me they arent. I pay for 3 super legaro races around 6:45 and get told our first race will be in a half hour, set a timer on my phone almost a hour rolls by i see on the board race number 114 will start at 8:18 pm!! I ended up getting a refund and I am highly disappointed after trying to make a nice birthday outing night. Why was I told a half hour and a hour of sitting and waiting goes by? Im sitting there waiting my turn and all i see is goofing off on the track a bunch of random guys entering the rear track door near the pizza parlor walking around goofing off on the track? This is not right at all. 1 being told something different then when i show up expecting paying $34 for unlimited super racing. You talked to your manager? Well did she actually or was that in her head? Or does the manager of this establishment not know whats included in the $34 racing on Tuesdays? And why get told your first race will be in a half hour and then im waiting a hour plus? Waste of my time and do NOT recommend here at all unless you do want to waste your time and be disappointed. And yes I would like the actually be contacted by the Manager of this establishment
