Top tier track! Great group of people to work with. Everyone is helpful and knowledgeable. Love coming here. Pro track is on another level from any track in Texas! A1 across the board!

We love it and have gone every year for birthdays. Tonight not great! Little to no concessions. When we first went they had a cool ice cream machine. Then vending machines and now nothing. I was overcharged because I didn’t know I had to TELL them we brought helmets and was told no returns (on something I didn’t ask for) then the you guys weren’t watching the riders sit out there with dead karts or if someone was stuck. They didn’t know how to do the flags. Maybe an off night 🤷‍♀️ but the overcharge is SUPER annoying

We drove all the way here on Wednesday evening because online it clearly said they were open until 9 PM. We got there around ~7:45 and the place was already closed. The employees told us they decided to shut down early since there weren’t many people and it costs money to keep the lights on. That was honestly shocking to hear as a customer. They called the manager to ask what to do, and even he said they were supposed to still be open but they still didn’t reopen or let anyone in. We planned this as a fun evening activity with friends who were visiting from out of state, and it completely fell apart. Huge waste of time and very disappointing customer service

This was honestly ridiculous. We showed up on Wednesday around 7:40 PM because both the website and the sign on the door clearly say they’re open until 9 PM. When we arrived, the doors were already locked. The staff told us they decided to close early because there were “no customers” and keeping the lights on costs money. That’s not how a business should work. If you post your hours, people expect you to actually follow them. They even called the manager, who admitted they technically should still be open, but they still didn’t let us in. We drove out here specifically to race, had friends visiting from out of state who were leaving the next day, and the whole evening was wasted. Super frustrating and very unprofessional. Definitely not the experience we expected
