A great team outing experience overall! Staff were very friendly and the karts were quick. I’m always worried they’re slow or made for kids but you can feel the rush here. Team outing package with food and drink was great value, highly recommend for team bonding.

So before posting, I filled out there survey and asked for a response back, to see if they could make some things right but no one got back to me. Went for my kiddos birthday, we spent a hefty amount that day paying for everything. The facility was disgusting. The ac was broken, it was a balmy 88(saw the thermostat) with no ventilation. Bathrooms, water fountains, arcade, were all in neglect. Chemicals just left for kids to grab, soap dispenser empty, toilet seats nasty. When brought up to the staff, they were like okay, we will get someone on it(they never did). We were told a time we would be on the track, 2 hours past the time, we were still waiting. I asked several employees if this was normal for a Saturday, and all three people said yes, they hate working weekends because it's always like this. When we finally did race, the track staff were just off in there own world. I tried to resolve this out of a review but no luck, they've also gotten plenty more 1 stars since I've gone and they're all kinda saying the same.

We were in town did a Santa trip and had a blast leaving Kalahari to race! To get to the first lap seemed to take forever, but we must have arrived for the Junior laps right when the other group was going. After that first lap though, we raced pretty quickly for our other to races. The boys actually said they liked it better than Andretti’s!

We went for my son's birthday and had the best time! The staff was wonderful, races were a blast, the food was delicious especially the pizza and chicken strips and the facilities were nice and clean. We can't wait to go back!

SEND HELP PLEASE!!! went in on a weekend and the girl told us to come back around seven or eight to race because they had a party going on. We came back at eight and another lady told us that the last junior race started at eight and was already going so we missed it. We Really wanted to get some practice laps in because of my kids wanted to join the junior league. The first person we talked to (the one who told us to come back at “7 or 8”), didn’t seem to have any information about anything. The second lady we talked to said that the junior league starts on Tuesday at 6 o’clock. We show up at 5:30 to get a practice race in and glad we did because we at least got to have a race. Once it was time for the league (6:30), we registered right away and then came the waiting. For the league nights, you get one qualifying session and one race session. To make a long story short, we were there over four hours and only got to do the qualifying session. Stress levels were very high among staff and parents as it was getting very late on a school night. My son ended up getting sick from all the waiting and stress that he just wanted to go home. We have been waiting to do this league for about seven months because last year the lady told us it was too late in the season to join to get points. I feel sorry for the poor kids who waited like we did just to be let down. I don’t know if we can go back. Racing is something my son is very passionate about and it breaks my heart to let him down like that. I hope corporate can send help and train all the employees on what their role is. The confusion amongst staff really puts this place in a tough spot. The manager was trying his best to keep up and keep everyone happy but his team and software were failing him. Please send him some help and a whole new staff that listens.
