Went there to celebrate a friend’s (doctor) going away party and I purchased the camera service for two races. Both videos are facing my steering wheel and feet. When I brought this issue up to the manager tonight Saturday August 1, 2026 he said “well next time you should consider looking at the track instead. What do you want me to do?”. That was incredibly rude and dismissive, I had to push for a refund of the two videos (not the two races) because I’m not paying for two video recordings of my feet thank you very much, but the manager gave me such a hard time just for asking for a refund of two videos! If they’re so desperate for money then they should consider providing proper services and customer service. Not blame the customer and be condescending in their tone when someone shows them a video which I still have screen recorded as evidence where it’s just my feet. Yet the manager continued to push back and say that is how all their videos are and that I must have been driving like that. Yeah I’m sure I drove the entire track looking at my feet and not the track. They are incredibly rude here and don’t consider being treated with respect if you come here. They will blame you especially the manager if anything goes wrong. Our celebration was ruined by the managers treatment and we do not considering coming here again for any future celebrations.
Very frustrating experience. I can’t fix my son’s particular height - he is over 48” in height but his legs are shorter than his torso so he wasn’t able to drive…not being able to test that until my kid is actually in the car is heartbreaking so while the height says 48”, probably best to be over 50” to avoid issues. The consolation prize was nearly equally frustrating because a majority of the games are broken and out of order. Would probably go when he’s much taller.
We were visiting from Houston where they have a location I visited about 10 years ago. My young son wanted the opportunity to race, and I have to say that they treated him VERY WELL at this location! We were really happy with the service! My son had never driven a go-kart by himself, so he was nervous, but the employees were fantastic with him. They encouraged him and explained the safety features and assured him that he could do this. What a great experience! Thank you guys!
I really love going to this place. It is a very competitive atmosphere for a lot of friends. And I my wife and I enjoy racing each other here, we've been here multiple times the management is very nice, and the people at the front desk are very warm with greeting us. Thank you so much for everything you guys offered to san antonio
