Took too many pictures to post. The most fun I've had in a long time. Period. My daughter was nervous at first but the crew there are all incredibly friendly and made her feel much more comfortable. I would love to name you all individually but you're all so awesome. Thank you. We will be back soon.

I really like this location in Conroe! The track is conveniently located behind Costco. While I wish the arcade offered racing games or at least some SIM racing options, the overall experience is great if you’re looking to enjoy a quick go-kart race. I recommend visiting on weekdays, as it can get crowded and wait times tend to be long on weekends.

WORST PLACE FOR A BIRTHDAY PARTY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER. DON'T BOOK YOUR PARTY AT THIS PLACE. I just celebrated my son’s birthday at K1 Speed of the woodlands, TX, and it was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I reserved and paid for the party over the phone through their headquarters. My party was scheduled for 6:30 PM. The confirmation email instructed us to arrive 30 minutes early, which we did. When we arrived, I was told that the party room was occupied and would not be available until 7:30 PM yet our first race was scheduled for 6:30 PM. That made absolutely no sense. I invited all my guests for 6:30 PM, expecting we would gather in our reserved party room before starting the races. The “manager,” a man named Bau, told me that if my guests were not present exactly at 6:30 PM, they would miss their race. No flexibility. No solutions. No accountability for the scheduling conflict. After I made it clear that I was not going to sit in the common area and that I expected what I paid for — and even mentioned canceling and requesting a refund suddenly the party room “became available.” That alone shows how poorly this was handled. The second major issue was the check-in process. The confirmation email included a waiver link that was supposedly meant to speed things up. I had all my guests complete it ahead of time. However, upon arrival, none of the waivers could be found in their system. Every single guest had to redo the entire waiver and check-in process again. The front desk staff was completely disorganized. They handed out wristbands to the kids, seated them in the karts with helmets on, and then started pulling them out of the karts saying they needed to redo the waiver process AGAIN. Imagine how that looks in front of guests at your child’s birthday party. After multiple arguments and a very tense atmosphere, the kids were finally allowed to race but by that time, the experience had already been damaged. My son felt his party was being ruined, and guests were asking what was going on. The attitude and tone from the manager Bau and three front desk employees — especially someone named Paola were aggressive, dismissive, and disrespectful. This is not how you treat paying customers, especially during a child’s birthday celebration. The only person who demonstrated professionalism and understanding was Max, the supervisor. He appeared to be the only one who understood what customer service actually means. I will absolutely be sharing this experience so other families can avoid going through the same situation. A birthday party should be joyful and memorable for the right reasons not stressful and confrontational. Thank you, K1, for turning what should have been one of the most special days for my son into a frustrating and disappointing experience.

This place is great highly recommend trying to drive as fast as you can. It's a lot harder than you think! The karts are electric they accerlate so fast. Also more fun than I imagined. I would suggest following (or chasing rather) the better drivers to try and learn the track. See what lines they take where they break. Aside from racing there is food and a huge arcade. Everybody on staff was excellent. Very friendly and helpful even learning people's names.

My family and I visit K1 Woodlands often. It’s a beautiful facility. We always have a great time. Boa and the rest of the staff are very nice and welcoming and the pizza and wings are delicious! Only thing that could make it better is having a location closer to home. We drive from the Kemah area.
