My overall experience was a 1 out of 5. It was a terrible experience. We are regular visitors to go-kart tracks because my 11-year-old daughter really enjoys racing. We specifically asked the person at the front desk if this session would be family-friendly before signing the waiver, and we were told it would be. However, we were placed in a mixed group with very different ages, and no one was following the rules. There was no proper enforcement of safety guidelines. We were hit three times by other drivers. I am currently undergoing treatment for a cervical condition, and my daughter ended up with two bruises on her back. It was the first time she has ever left a kart track in tears. This did not feel like a controlled racing environment. It felt chaotic and unsafe. What should have been a fun family activity turned into a very disappointing and upsetting experience. I hope you take this feedback seriously and review your safety protocols and race organization.

K1 Speed is amazing. Their attention to detail, flexibility, and people skills are invaluable. They provide every detail in an itinerary prior to an event and the event staff went above and beyond their jobs to entertain the kids. They were attentive to safety and thorough in the mechanical operations with the children. Highly recommend for outings and private events.

The staff was more than accomodating. They were engaging and patient with it being my first time visiting K1. Kristen was great. This business gives you a bang for the buck!

Visited K1 Speed near Daytona and had a total blast! The go-karts are fast, the track is well-designed, and the whole setup is pretty slick. Great spot for a little friendly competition – whether you're a speed junkie or just out for fun. Staff was helpful and explained everything clearly (which is great if you’re a first-timer). Overall, it’s clean, safe, and super fun once you’re on the track. Definitely a must-do if you're in the area and feeling even slightly adventurous.

So so fun!! I went with my best friends and I did not expect to have this much fun but I really did. It was also not busy at all when we went despite it being a saturday evening. Definitely recommend.
