No A/C. No one answered the phone. 1.5 hour wait to get on the track. We took a group of 9 boys here on a Saturday night mid-July. We couldn't check in until til 9pm because they had a private group i guess. Had to wait 1.5 hrs to ride. We tried calling all day and no one answered the phone. The temp was so hot, same as outside. They only had one track open. Everyone was uncomfortable because of how warm it was. The carts kept breaking down so races had to be paused. It was fun to ride and play all the arcade games but poorly ran for customer service.
This place is awesome! I had scheduled a party here and I couldn’t have thought of a better place. Checking in with my guests was easy and stress free. The go karts are such a blast. The track is fun and features lots of turns. The carts themselves were very responsive and fast. I loved how each racer is timed and track. Since we did 3 races, it was nice to have a practice, quality and actual race. The food was delicious and plentiful. The staff are absolutely fantastic! Really professional but also friendly. We absolutely had a blast here and would highly suggest visiting.
Buyer beware. Only the fastest racers get 12 laps. If you are a beginner you might only get 5-8. Call to make sure their AC is working…indoor with 100+ degrees is warm inside. Experience might be better with a group, but you have to have 8 people. I’ll try the others next time…. F1 and SuperCarts seem comparable in price.
