My kids loved it..... people definitely need to pay attention and know when to slow down when they are driving especially the kids in the junior cars. Understanding there's kids younger than them, because a little girl ( 10-11yr) hit my 7yr daughters car while on the track bc the little girl didn't slow down. My baby crued for a second but wanted to get back in the track afterwards, we left but we will be back. The Staff was so supportive and helpful which is why I gave them a 5.... Great experience otherwise

Our experience at this location was exceptional. The premises were impeccably maintained, and the staff demonstrated remarkable professionalism and friendliness. The cuisine was delectable, and the restrooms were notably clean. We anticipate returning in the future.

We had a birthday party here- the staff was phenomenal, very communicative about every step, helped with set up and breakdown, safety was priority on the track and there were several staff members facilitating the races. The kids had an absolute blast and the food was fantastic. We will definitely be back here soon! Thank you to all the staff for making the party awesome! 10/10

To be honest it’s really no customer service at all. You walk inside and go to the computer to file out the paperwork. Once you are done completing the paperwork you go to the register to pay; but the person at the register will walk away and service every other register and they saw you in line first. You pay for your two races, pick out your head gear, and don’t forget to ask for your license (because they will not just give it to you). You can go play video games until your name is called or sit and wait your turn. My first experience was for Valentine Day and it was okay; but I would’ve had a blast at Boomers. I’m giving it a one star because I had fun on the go carts other than that I wouldn’t even give it a one star. For me; I will not take my kids because we get more for our money at Boomers. I can buy one card and they can drive as many times as they like and I can refill the card to play games.

I can just say WOW, my 18 and 14 year old sons had a blast. We will definitely be back. The Karts for the older kids, which both my sons used, were really fast, there were even adults racing. It's not just for kids, the little kids have slower karts and race at separate time then the adults.
